Tramontina Dynamic 7" Cleaver, Stainless Steel

I’ve been using this cleaver for a few weeks now, and the stainless steel blade really holds up well against daily chopping without rusting. The handle feels secure even when my hands are greasy, which is a big plus for me.

The stainless steel blade keeps its edge well through a week of chopping veggies and slicing through chicken, and the handle feels solid even when my hands are wet. I've used it for everything from dicing onions to breaking down a small roast, and it's handled it all without a wobble.

Picked this up for smashing garlic and slicing veggies, and the stainless steel blade keeps its edge way longer than my old chef's knife. Feels well-balanced in hand too.
