I've been using these tongs for everything from flipping bacon to tossing salads, and the silicone heads haven't scratched a single non-stick pan. The handle feels balanced in my hand, making it easy to control when serving hot dishes.

The silicone grips have a nice tackiness to them, so even greasy chicken wings don't slide when I'm flipping them. They're sturdy enough for tossing a salad but gentle on my nonstick pan, and cleaning them takes two seconds under hot water.

I've been reaching for these tongs daily since they arrived—the silicone grips keep salad bowls scratch-free, and the spring action is snappy without being stiff.
