I was worried a silicone skimmer would feel too flimsy, but this one has just the right flexibility to slide under fried eggs without breaking them. The soft head also makes it perfect for skimming foam off hot broth without scratching my nonstick pot.

The grey color actually looks pretty sleek in my kitchen, and the flexible silicone head is a huge upgrade from my old metal one—no more scratching my nonstick pots. It's become my go-to for skimming foam off soup and flipping delicate things without any fuss.

I love how the flexible silicone head glides through boiling water without scratching my enamel pots. The grey color looks sleek hanging on my utensil rack.
