Tramontina TCP 320L Charcoal Barbecue Grill

The charcoal basket holds a surprising amount, and the smoke flavor comes through perfectly on a rack of ribs. Set it up on Saturday morning and it held steady heat right through dinner without much fiddling.

The airflow vents give you real control over the heat, and I’ve been getting perfect sear marks on steaks every time. Set it up Saturday morning and it was ready to cook by noon without any fuss.

The charcoal tray makes cleanup surprisingly simple, and the smoky flavor from the first cookout was exactly what I was hoping for. This grill heats evenly and holds temperature well, even on breezy evenings.
