トラモンティーナ シュラスコ 2ピースバーベキューセット、ミートナイフ/カービングフォーク/木製/ステンレススチール

The carving fork has a nice heft to it, and the stainless steel blade sliced through a smoked brisket like butter. This set feels sturdy enough for years of backyard grilling, and the brown wood handles give it a classic look that's hard to beat.

The wood handles fit my hand perfectly—no slipping even when my fingers were greasy from the marinade. The knife sliced through a whole brisket in clean, even cuts without any sawing motion.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the knife holds its edge even after slicing through several racks of ribs. The wood handles fit my hands comfortably without slipping, even with a bit of sauce on them.
