トラモンティーナ マーフィム 泡立て器、ステンレススチール

The handle hook makes hanging it on my utensil rack a breeze, and the stainless steel feels solid enough to last for years. I used it to whip up some chocolate mousse and the wires cut through the cream effortlessly.

The wires are dense enough that my cream whipped up in half the time I expected, and the whole thing feels solid without being heavy. The hook on the end is actually handy for hanging it on my rack between uses. Cleaned up in seconds under running water.

The hook on the handle is a small touch but it’s so handy for hanging it on my rack right next to the mixer. The wires feel really solid and stirring thick jam didn’t bend them one bit, which is more than I can say for my old cheap one.
