トラモンティーナ ポリウッド バーベキューナイフ 4インチ ステンレススチール

The polywood handle feels sturdy and well-balanced in my hand, making precise cuts easy. It's held up great through multiple washes in the dishwasher without any signs of wear.

Got this for slicing grilled vegetables and it's perfect — the stainless steel is sharp enough for a clean cut every time. The aluminum rivets feel solid, and the fact that it's dishwasher safe makes cleanup way easier.

I have been using it for a few weeks and the stainless steel blade still cuts through brisket like butter, no issues with rusting. The aluminum rivets feel solid, and I love that I can just toss it in the dishwasher after a messy cookout.
