I love how the grey silicone handle stays cool while I'm flipping pancakes, and the slotted design drains oil perfectly. It's flexible enough to scrape the pan without scratching it.

The slotted head really does let excess oil drain away perfectly when I'm flipping fried eggs or sautéed veggies. The silicone feels sturdy and doesn't scratch my non-stick pans at all.
