I've had cheaper steak knives that wobbled on the bone, but these stay rigid and cut through ribeye like butter. The black handles are comfortable to grip even when my hands are a little greasy.

The polypropylene handles have a nice weight and feel surprisingly secure in my grip. These cut through a well-done steak with zero sawing effort, which is exactly what I needed.
