Tramontina Rost 砧板

The handle makes it so easy to carry from kitchen to table, and the jatobá wood feels sturdy without being heavy. The oil finish gives it a smooth surface that's held up well through a few weeks of daily chopping.

The mixed jatobá wood has a beautiful, warm grain that makes it feel more like serving platter than a plain cutting board. I've been using it daily for chopping vegetables and the oil finish is holding up nicely, handling knife marks better than I expected.

I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy this board feels—it handled a heavy roast without flexing at all. The oil finish gives it a smooth, almost silky surface that my knife glides across.
