The German steel holds an edge way longer than my old knives—I’ve been using it daily for veg prep and it still slices tomatoes like butter. The polycarbonate handle is surprisingly grippy even when my hands are wet, and the whole thing feels solid without being heavy.

The handle's fibreglass gives a secure grip even with wet hands, and the German steel blade takes a sharp edge. I've used it for trimming green beans and it feels nicely balanced for such a small knife.
